Eddy Kenzo is among the many people who introduced Pia Pounds to the music scene. He first signed her to Big Talent.
However, Pounds found her way out after allegations that the two were bonking behind Rema's back, who was Kenzo's girlfriend at the time.
Pounds, however, maintains a strong relationship with Eddy Kenzo. She explained he is a role model to her and a big inspiration.
She also says Kenzo first listens to all her music before it's released.
"Eddy Kenzo is my papa; he’s my role model. I look up to him, and I make sure I send him all my songs before I release them," Pia Pounds said in an interview with a local television.
