In a candid Twitter space, Azawi shared a deeply personal story about losing her father and sister due to inadequate medical care. She insists she's not speaking out for personal gain but out of genuine concern for her fans.
“I lost my father and sister due to poor health services. I don’t know what people to think I am doing this to please them. All I am doing is for the good of my fans and I don’t know what they are waiting for,”
Azawi is calling on her fellow artists to stand up and be counted, questioning why they're hesitant to use their influence for positive change.
