This year's Miss Uganda 2015/2016 will be Crowned today at Kampala Serena Hotel in an event slated to kick start at 6PM. Tickets go for Ugx 70,000 Ordinary and 150,000 VIP.
Aisha Nabukeera, one of the 21 contestants has been a topic of debate since she was declared a finalist on 16 July. Many Critics proclaim that Aisha lacks what it takes to be Uganda's beauty queen, however their others who think she deserves the Crown and have voted in her favor.

Frank Gashumba, her foster father has been full force in garnering support for Aisha .He has regularly been posting on his social media asking followers to vote for his daughter.
He recently said during a Radio talk show that Aisha is a Winner whether she is crowned a Winner or Not.
“I will throw a party to celebrate her Courage to contest- it doesn’t matter emerging winner or not- She is already a Winner” –-He said during a talk show on Ddembe Fm.

Rossette,Sanyu Bridget,Viola Kebirungi, Nabwowe Juliana, Namuddu Barbara and Husna Hakim Rajab.
