Troubled music manager and promoter, Emma Carlos could have sold his music record label, Twinkle Star to Derrick Orone, David Lutalo's former manager.
It is alleged that Emma Carlos sold all the label's assets and liabilities to clear his accumulating debts.
Among the assets reportedly sold include; upcoming artiste Zil Zil, who has been signed to Twinkle star for months now.
"Zil Zil is now a member of Rydim Empire, he was part of the package. Derrick bought everything from Emma Carlos," a mole claimed.
Twinkle Star is known for making artistes like Kalifah Aganaga, who bitterly fell out with Emma Carlos and left the label.
Derrick Orone owns multiple businesses in Kampala including Rydim Empire, a label that has signed artistes like David Lutalo and Mary Bata before.
