In an interview, Band singer Carol Nantogo talked about her misunderstanding with Eddy Yawe over the rightful owner of the "Tukigale" song which topped charts in 2018.
Nantogo said Eddy Yawe took control of all the rights of the song yet they both contributed to its production in audio and visual.
"My management paid money for audio and video production. We both had rights, but after the song's success, Yawe took over all the rights," she said.
Nantogo added saying Eddie Yawe also stopped her from performing the song at different events and concerts in town despite the agreement they had earlier.
"I didn't want to say this but he even stopped me from performing the song yet we had agreed to do it in the mutual contract we had made," she said in an interview with Faridah Nakazibwe of NTV Uganda.
