Faded musician Barbie Jay is not convinced that he is no more in the industry. He was erased off the music scene by youngsters like John Blaq, Fameika among others.
The singer, however, insists he is not off the music scene, that he only took a break and he will come back big and better.
"I have never been a faded musician, I only took a break but I am in the backyard preparing for a monster come back," he responded when he was asked why he hasn't released any hit song in a long time.
Barbie Jay is remembered for his hit song "Subusa" featuring Big Talent boss, Eddy Kenzo.
He gave more of his time to smoking drugs than singing. He eventually had nothing to offer to his fans.
