Zulitums was a producer at Volume Up Records for five years before signing for Nigeria’s Black Avie Record that changed the direction of his career.
His profession started on a high note after he dropped several songs like, “easy”, “tabu” among others.
Just like many of the Ugandan musicians, Zulitums has failed to cross the border and grow a fan base in the International market.
In a new interview, Zulitums noted that our languages are not appealing to the International market. “The biggest challenge is we put out good music, but the local languages we use don't appeal to the international market. We have to try and balance English with our native languages,” he said during an interview.
Zulitums has already secured a collaboration with Nigerian superstar Skales.
