Musician Ibrahim Mayanja, also known as Big Eye, held a concert over the weekend at Lugogo Cricket Oval. Despite extensive publicity and support from NUP President Bobi Wine, the event attracted a low turnout.
Speaking afterward, Big Eye expressed gratitude to his fans and emphasized that he feels loved once again.
"I’m grateful for the support. You don’t know what it means to me, coming from where I’ve been and seeing people welcoming me this way. It’s not easy to change people’s minds, but the love they’ve shown is overwhelming," he said.
Big Eye remains optimistic about his journey and sees the event as a positive step forward.
