Entebbe Chief Magistrate Suzan Okeny has committed Godfrey Wamala, the prime suspect in the death of musician Moses Sekibogo alias "Mowzey Radio" to the High Court for trial.
This was after prosecution led by Julius Muhiirwe told court it had completed investigations into charges of murder filed against Wamala also known as Troy.
According to the state prosecutor they obtained enough implicating evidence against Wamala, who was placed at the scene-of-crime during the alleged murder.
Late Moses Ssekibogo, alias Mowzey Radio was allegedly killed on January 22, this year, after he was reportedly beaten up by Troy at De Bar in Entebbe.
The late musician of the Good lyfe crew sustained head injuries and was rushed to Case Hospital in Kampala where he died two weeks later.
The accused worked as a bouncer at De Bar before he was arrested following reports that he had been involved in a fist fight with Radio. He would later be charged with murder.
Entebbe Chief Magistrate Suzan Okeny sent him back to Kigo Prison until the High Court sets dates for his trial.
