The minister of finance, planning and economic development Hon. Matia Kasaija will this afternoon present the 2019/2020 financial year Uganda Shillings 40.4 trillion national budget. This has risen from the 32 trillion from 2018.
Dignitaries have already arrived at the Kampala Serena hotel for the budget reading. The chief guest, President Yoweri Museveni is yet to arrive at the venue.
