On 11th September 2022, manager Ivan Lubega alias Karma Ivien through his lawyers M/s Ochieng company advocates issued Pallaso with a court summons on grounds of breach of contract.

The manager posted the letter on his social media platforms, but it has never been clear whether Pallaso received it or not.
Karma Ivien accused Pallaso of ditching him as his manager and demanded compensation of Shs 500 m which he claims he invested in his music career.
Well, Pallaso now says he has never received any summons from Karma Ivien.
"I have never received any summon. We had a gentleman's agreement," Pallaso noted.
Pallaso is currently managing his career while Karma Ivien is handling upcoming artist Opa Fambo.
