Pastor Wilson Bugembe, a friend to both Bobi Wine and Eddy Kenzo, has called for unity among Ugandan musicians.
The two artists have been involved in a public feud over the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), with Bobi Wine accusing Kenzo of being a "puppet" of the government.
Bugembe, however, believes that the two artists should put their differences aside and work together for the good of the federation.
"Both Kenzo and Bobi Wine are saying good things," he said. "They shouldn't undermine each other, they need to work together to build the federation."
Bugembe's comments come at a time when the UNMF is facing a number of challenges, including a lack of funding and a divided membership.
If the federation is to be successful, it will need the support of all of its members, including Bobi Wine and Kenzo.
