Media personality turned politician, Mosh Sendi, known as Mr. Mosh, recently revealed that he provided Chameleon and Bebe Cool with their initial significant payments for bookings during their early careers.
Mosh, who worked as a promoter in the early 2000s, shared that he booked Chameleon for a performance at five hundred thousand Ugandan shillings, which was a substantial sum at the time.
This booking fee marked one of the largest amounts Chameleon had received up until that point, especially as he was gaining popularity with his hit "Mama Mia."
Recalling the past, Mosh also recounted his experience of booking Bebe Cool for a show at four hundred thousand Ugandan shillings.
Despite Bebe Cool's initial skepticism about Mosh, he eventually agreed to perform because of the financial incentive. This show payment was notably the highest Bebe Cool had earned for a single performance at that time.
