Upcoming musician Laika Music had harsh words for events host and DJ Etania and her boyfriend Joshua Baraka.
Speaking in an interview with a local YouTuber, Laika claimed that the couple is too broke and is living a fake life.
Laika said that she personally wouldn't date someone like Joshua Baraka, who is still trying to make it in the industry. She prefers wealthy men with large bank accounts.
"You know they're broke, and I think she wasn't satisfied with the birthday party they organized for her. She must have had too much cheap alcohol," she responded when asked about her confrontation with Etania.
Laika Music added that her birthday is next week, and she will be in Zanzibar.
"Her boyfriend doesn't have money. He always has to go with others for performances abroad, and he's not paid. Next week, I'll show you what money looks like when I celebrate my birthday in Zanzibar," she added.
