Media critic Frank Gashumba, known for his outspoken views on Ugandan churches, has revealed why he doesn’t tithe.
Gashumba explained that instead of giving money to churches, he donates to the needy, believing this is a better way to thank God for His blessings.
“I don’t give tithe in church; I give money to the needy. This is the only way I thank the Lord for the good He has done for me. I can’t give money to pastors to buy the latest Range Rover. I cannot be a fool to that level,” he said in a radio interview.
Gashumba criticized churchgoers who tithe, claiming the money only enriches pastors rather than serving its intended purpose.
