Musician Priscilla Zawedde, aka Azawi, has advised young men to avoid relationships with older women seeking financial support, commonly referred to as sugar mummies.
Azawi urged the youth to work hard to improve their living standards rather than engaging in relationships for material gain.
"I don’t encourage men to date sugar mummies. It’s against African culture. Young men should work hard and build their own lives instead of relying on sugar mummies," she stated.
Recently, there has been a trend of young urban men, especially musicians, engaging in such relationships for financial benefits.
