Revelers and part-time basketball lovers will be torn between attending the opening night of Friday Night Lights Season 4 or attending to their love-life after the event, organised by Kinetic Management Group was Friday February 14 pushed the event to next Friday; coincidently Valentines Day.
Friday Night Lights is an entertainment and fun filled basketball tournament that gives a chance to fans to interact with their favourite players. It is a pre-season tournament that takes place at the YMCA grounds for several weeks every Friday night. Large crowds of revelers and basketball fans who came to party the night away.
Part of the official statement from the Kinetic Management Group read:
“Good morning, this is to inform you that the opening night of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS SEASON 4 has been PUSHED to next Friday (14TH FEBRUARY), due to the ample time needed to prepare for a successful event and to also give more fans a chance to join in and participate in the event.”
“Since it’ll be Valentine’s Day,” she added, “we expect the sponsors to give us bigger packages. We shall be celebrating love with basketball, with couples taking to court,” Vicky Ntale, Project Manager FNL explained. - via RP
