Jackie Chandiru has been hitting the headlines lately especially with her worrying health situation. New reports claim that she attempted to commit suicide attributed to depression and drug misuse!
In fact it was recent, that the singer was found inside her house lying helplessly before she was quickly rushed Mulago Hospital after her condition worsened at a small clinic she had initially been admitted to by promoter Balaam, who actually is footing her bills!
It is said Chandiru developed a strange disease that doctors themselves failed to critically disclose even though sources in her family circles say the singer developed a rare type of cancer that is consuming her body at an alarming rate. In fact the disease has required doctors to remove (graft) part of her body parts and reinvested in her other parts of her body.
“Parts of the flesh on her legs and bums are being cut to replace the affected areas on her arms. The parts affected are the parts of the arms she often used to inject herself with the drug,” source says
Meanwhile, we have learnt that Jackie Chandiru has been discharged from Mulago hospital and transferred to Serenity rehab centre along Entebbe road on advice of the doctors until her situation gets back to normal.
