TMT (The Money Team) boss, Floyd 'Money' Mayweather has signed Uganda international boxer, Sharif 'The Lion' Bogere to his boxing label, Mayweather promotions. According to boxingscene.com, Bogere signed the deal yesterday.
“This is such a great day for me and an important move for my career. I am very thankful to Floyd, Leonard and the whole Mayweather Promotion team. I cannot wait to get back in the ring and show everybody why I’m a future champion. I want to fight the best and I feel this will put me in a position to conquer the sport” Bogere said.
Maywether promotions Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Leonard Ellerbe says they have another future world champion in the Ugandan fighter and promised to get him the best fights on the biggest stage.
Maywether promotions boasts of 20 professional fighters.
“We are proud to add another young, hungry fighter to our Mayweather Promotions stable. Sharif Bogere is a very talented young man with an incredible backstory and I know that he is working hard to become a World Champion.” Maywether promotions quoted.
Bogere trains in Las Vegas with legendary trainer, Kenny Adams. His record stands at 28 fights, 27 wins including 19 K.Os and lost just once.
