According to Usher Kajja, a receptionist at Jah Live music studio where late Dan Kumapeesa was working at the time of the attack, they have no clues yet why the young and promising producer’s life came to an end just like that.
During an interview with an online Tabloid, Usher Kaija reveals that Dan was a humble boy who never associated with women.
“He was a just a loner who spent most of his time working. He never had time for women and we didn’t even know his girlfriend. He was too shy. He put his work before anything. It was early in the morning when a boda guy came telling me at the studio that something bad had happened to Dan. I sent the boys immediately to go fetch him. The thieves took his phone and money. It is clear their main target was him,” she said.
Usher added that the killers were really on a mission the day when they attacked him, “I think it’s only Dan who can tell the whole story if he was still breathing, but what we are sure of is that his attackers really wanted to kill him. They left thinking they had accomplished their mission, when they beat him up,” says Usher.
May his Soul Rest In Peace
