Latest reports indicate that Rema Namakula’s grandmother who doubles as the mother of singer Halima Namakula is out of coma after spending weeks in the Intensive care Unit at Nakasero Hospital.
Speaking to us in a brief interview, Halima said that it has been a trying time for the family and close relatives. They were scared she wouldn’t wake up.
It is said that Rema’s lover, singer Eddy Kenzo has been paying the hospital bills.
Kenzo and Rema have been together for three years now. At one time, the two were rumoured to be preparing a secret wedding but up to now nothing has ever happened. Rema and Kenzo are blessed with one kid.
