On July 20th, Juliana Kanyomozi's son 'Keron' passed on at the Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi where he had been admitted. He was fighting asthma which he had since he was born.
Her family members, friends and fans grieved that day. Keron was a fighter, he struggled against the disease showing no signs that he would give up on his life. His father Amon showed mourners a chit that Keron had written before he died, and it read ..

Jus want to thank you my Juliana family for the comforting thoughts and prayers. I have been reading and receiving them. Many times when one loses their loved one, people move on very quickly and continue with their lives. You have continued to send me prayers, walk with me and kept me in your thoughts till today, thank you. I am still in the grieving and healing process, I hope you can understand that.
