At the time of his death, Mowzey Radio was very close to Nigerian superstar, Wizkid.
According to insiders, the singer was planning to relocate to Nigeria to establish his music base alongside the likes of Wizkid.
Wizkid was one of the Nigerian superstars that took to social media to sympathize with the Ugandan music fraternity, his family, and friends of the fallen legend.
In one of his posts, Wizkid described Mowzey Radio as one of the best artists he has ever met.
We have now learned that their connection was not just because of the “Don’t Cry” collaboration. Mowzey Radio had started writing music for the Star Boy boss.
A source revealed that Mowzey Radio wrote “sweet love” for Wiz kid and had many songs in the pipeline.
“He wrote "sweet love" for Wiz Kid. The demo is even at Goodlyfe Studios. He had penned many songs for with Wiz Kid but God had other plans,” the source revealed
It should be noted that Radio died in February 2018 after succumbing to injuries sustained in a bar brawl.
