Musician Kabako and his wife, Jazira Dumuna, will be celebrating ten years of love and friendship next year. The couple will also be celebrating three years of marriage in April.

However, Kabako revealed that his wife accepted his marriage proposal the first time they met. At that time, he was working as the emcee at the now-defunct Deejavu Bar, and Dumuna was in the audience. She was drawn to Kabako's energy and reached out to him.

Kabako, equally captivated by her energy, engaged in a conversation with her after the performance, solidifying their relationship.

In an interview with a local television station, he shared,

"I was the daily emcee at Deejavu Bar, earning 20K every day. I remember that night; I was hosting, and this girl from the audience liked my energy. She came and showered me with some money. I loved her energy, and later, we had a discussion behind that bar. She accepted my proposal that very day, and we are approaching ten years soon."

Kabako was introduced to Jazira Dumuna's parents in Mityana on April 8, 2021.
