Musician Nina Roz has confirmed her aspirations to contest in the upcoming elections and is seeking to represent the women in Sembabule district.
Nina Roz is planning to secure the party ticket from the National Unity Platform and is confident about the party giving it to her.
Speaking in an interview with a local television, Nina Roz explained she has the support of the people and has contributed heavily to the party's work.
"I am confident about securing the party ticket because I have the support and I trust them. I have worked tirelessly for the good of the party, and I am the able candidate," she explained in an interview with a local television.
The musician is popular within the opposition politics in Uganda and a personal friend of Bobi Wine.
