Musician Maro, also known as the RnB Kyabazinga, once dominated Ugandan music with hits across the board.

At one point, he was branded Busoga's biggest export and held that title until John Blaq's breakthrough.

Maro, who has been living in Germany for over four years, says it’s time for him to reign again.

The singer explained that he will be collaborating with different artists and working with young talent to guide them into the music industry.

"I am here to shine again, not only for myself but to help others as well. We've been working, but my music wasn't reaching audiences. Now that I’m back, you’ll see wonders," he told the press on Monday.

Maro will be headlining the Roast and Rhyme event, set to take place at Jahazi Pier in November this year.
