Catherine is going to spend a night behind bars, according to breaking reports, and will be returning to the courthouse tomorrow.
Apparently, the Golden Band singer has been dropped behind bars in Kigo prison where she will spend the rest of the hours until tomorrow's proceeding before a court.
Catherine has been indicted for pilfering. She's said to have taken for herself the money that was given to her to pay off singer-songwriter Lyto Boss for the song titled "Anjagala" that he had allegedly written for singer Iryn Namubiru.
Lyto boss did not receive the money and was not told that Namubiru's manager had paid for the song already. Lyto then released his own version of the song following Iryn Namubiru's unofficial copy. He took Iryn and her manager to court ... that's when they later found out Catherine had not given the money to Lyto.
Now, she will spend the night in the skookum house. Sorry!
