Ugandan Celebrities are cold and singing the blues following a recent Slap on the importation, distribution and sale of water paper tobacco (shisha), by parliament.
Shisha has been a cultural pass time for a number of local Singers and Socialites, Many spent long hours in night hangouts smoking shisha and making plans on how to win International Awards, start beef, among other reasons.
Now the ban might have been imposed on all Ugandans but others don't really care because they don't smoke, Most affected are Singers , Weasel Manizo, Shebbah Karungi , Cindy Sanyu , Judith Heard , Khalifah Aganga, to name a few.
Goodlyfe Singer Weasel might even consider relocating to neighboring countries, according to sources.

Team No sleep artiste, Sheebah Karungi is another artiste grieving hard following the ban, she has previously been in the news for being a licensed shisha Smoker.
