The Police in Lugazi, Buikwe district have in custody a 50 year old man on allegations of defiling a 15 year old school girl.
The suspect has been identified as Shadraq Bogere Bwekye, a resident of Musibo Village, Lugala parish, Buikwe District, while his victim is an unidentified 15 year old p.4 pupil of Sea primary school.
She is a daughter to a one Ziwa, also a resident of the same village.
It is alleged that Bogere together with his brother only identified as Wasswa and his wife Namayega persuaded the victim to stay at Bogere’s home, when she did not find her parents home from the well, where she had gone to fetch water.
At the defiler’s home, Bogere used the chance to eat her immature beans.
Sezibwa region police spokes person, Hellen Butoto confirms the development saying the old man will be charged with aggravated defilement.
