Last year, musician Mansur Semanda, commonly known as King Saha, promised to release over one hundred songs of revolution.
At the time, he promised to release a song every month, speaking about the different injustices and problems affecting people in the country.
However, he released a few of them and took a back seat, concentrating on his love music.
Allegations even suggested he received money from General Salim Saleh and was ordered to stop releasing music that was very critical of the government and its officials.
The singer, however, denied the allegations.
He says the songs are in the studio and will be resuming their release soon.
"I have many revolutionary songs in the studio. I just chose to pause, but soon they will be everywhere. I have sung about everything related to injustices, and I promise my fans that soon they will hear from me," he explained.
