Centenary based Laftaz bar has been experiencing a slow death since it stopped hosting comedy nights.
The bar lost the hype it once had when it was a home of comedians and artistes.
Sources say the shareholders have been fighting constantly over money and operation of the bar.
Now latest is that the owners are looking for a buyer, a sign that they have given up on bringing back the bar to life.
The bar is owned by Jonathan Kyeyo, Dolibondo and a few others. Jonathan Kyeyo is the biggest shareholder.
