Pius Mayanja aka Pallaso was hard at work with his live band while rehearsing for the Bell Jamz Listeners Experience, which has been confirmed for this Saturday the 22nd of June at DNA Lounge in Kololo, starting at 7 pm.
Launched in 2019, the Bell Jamz Listeners Experience is a free music show held every few months featuring one talented Ugandan artist backed by a live band for an up-close interaction with their fans. In addition, a number of other artists take the stage to perform collabos, as well as their own hits.

The Bell Jamz Listeners Experience is one of the ways we are doing that, and I encourage the people to come and enjoy an intimate musical experience along with their favourite beer – Bell Lager.”
With hits like Twatoba, Hana (Remix), Nkwagala and Na Mutima, Pallaso has been a household name in the Ugandan music industry for more than 10 years.
The rehearsal was a mix of fun and artistic dedication, all aimed at presenting an above standard live music show.
Pallaso hails from the talented Mayanja family to which the late AK47, Chameleone and Weasel all belong.
This is the third Bell Jamz Listeners Experience to be held, with the first featuring dancehall maverick Beenie Gunter of the Olina Work fame, and the second being headlined by the Byafayo duo, Kent & Flosso.
