Irene Namatovu, wife to musician turned legislator, Geoffrey Lutaaya has a dream to run for a political office come 2021.
She was the campaign manager for her hubby early this year and she is convinced she has all it takes to win after leading her hubby to victory as the MP for Kakuto constituency.
Namatovu who launched a foundation on Tuesday in Rakai district explained she has all the required qualifications to run for any office of her choice.
"I have all the qualifications to run for any office, however, I am giving back to you for the love you keep showing me and my husband," she said while speaking to a group of youth who gathered during the launch of her foundation in Kakuto.
Rumour has it that she is planning to contest as the woman MP for Kyotera District come 2021.
The musician is still silent about what particular office she is interested in.
