Jackie Chandiru started her music career together with Lilian Mbabazi and Cindy under the Blu*3 group, which was managed by Steve Jean at the time.

Cindy, however, was the first to quit and put out bitter words to Steve Jean. Eventually, Blu*3 collapsed.

However, last week, Cindy apologized to Steve Jean and expressed her desire to have a reconciliation meeting with the legendary producer.

“I know that I hurt him. I miss him. I want him to be proud of me. I pray and I hope that he forgives me one day. He may feel that I am ungrateful, but I want him to know that I appreciate him, and I hope we can meet one day and reconcile," she said in an interview with a local YouTuber.

Jackie Chandiru has shared thoughts about Cindy's apology to Steve Jean and says it's a good thing, applauding Cindy for her apology.

"I think it's a good thing to apologize to someone you wronged. Better yet, she did it publicly," Chandiru said in an interview with a local television.
