Last week, legendary comedian Amooti announced a concert to celebrate his twenty-five years in the comedy industry.
His announcement received much excitement from the public and the entertainment industry. Among those who have pledged support to Amooti is musician Ykee Benda.
Benda explained that Amooti has a significant impact on society and needs to be appreciated while he is still with us. He deserves much love and praise.
"Amooti is like a brother to me. We need to give people their flowers, and I don't mean just talking about them on TV because that’s paid promotion. People making an impact in society deserve to be told how great they are, and Amooti is one of those people," Ykee Benda said in part during an interview with a local television station.
Comedian Amooti's concert will take place on the 13th of December this year at UMA Show Grounds, Lugogo.
