Musician King Saha has been critical of Sevo's government for over two years, releasing music that calls out injustices in society.

His activism has been misinterpreted by some, leading to speculation that he plans to join elective politics in 2026.

However, Saha clarified that he creates political music because people often ask him to highlight societal issues. He believes his message resonates more effectively through music.

“If people approach me with issues they want me to address, I will sing about them. That doesn’t mean I’m contesting for a political position. Many things are happening in our country that need to be addressed, and if we don’t speak out, no one else will,” he explained during an interview with a local television station.

King Saha, a member of the National Unity Platform, remains hopeful that change is imminent.
