A Pass -- more often than not given less credit than he deserves -- is unquestionably one of Africa's talents to look out for, that is if he is not already on every African music lover's favorite playlist.
With just a few years in the industry, you couldn't doubt A Pass' rank as Uganda's best reggae artist. In fact, he easily is the second all time favorite with the first being, you know who!
He surely doesn't need any approval from anyone ... but in a bid to show what a great artist he is, A Pass took on the popular reggae 'One Dread Riddim' beat produced by Ghanaian producer Beatz Dakay and absolutely killed it.
Reknowned A List reggae stars in Ghana have produced songs to the same beat. To name (but) a few; Eye Judah – "Perpendicular", Ras Kuuku – "Who Send Dem", Hus Eugene – "No Time", MzVee - "Glory To God", Samini – "Champions League", Renner – "Money (Freestyle)".
