Daniel Mukisa, commonly known as Danz Kumapesa — the producer behind popular jams like Yo Sweet by Rema Namakula, Musawo - Magic by Winnie Nwagi and Mbozi za Malwa among many others is now improving. This comes after the producer, 24, was beaten to the pulp by unknown thugs while on his home, early last month.
He was then admitted at Nsambya under the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where he has been fighting for his life until now. In a bid to rescue the overloading medical bills a car wash campaign was organised at Panamera on 1st July that yielded 7M Ugshs.
Speaking to Nessim, a fellow producer informed us that a daily medical bill is 900,000 Ugx which has risen to over 24M Ugx now.
He also told us that as a musical concert is under the pipeline to fetch more funds to help Danz Kumapesa.
"We shall organise a show but the good news is that he is now out of ICU and is in the normal patient ward, this means that Danz is not on oxygen anymore," Said Nessim phone interview.
