Producer Nessim starts label, signs Rey Heavens

Producer Nessim is venturing  into talent  management. Nessim has started a record label, City Boy, which is also the name for his studios.

Nessim has so far signed  artiste, Ray Heavens and says he is going to be signing many more.

Ray Heavens was formerly signed to Paul Owori's  GMG music. Things did not work out for him there as he didn't release any hit song.

Ray Heavens is now hopeful after landing opportunity to work with Nessim. The producer helped artistes like A Pass, Ykee Benda and many other artistes to get where they are today.
