In a recent radio interview, rapper Da Agent launched an attack on his fellow rapper, Gravity Omutujju.
Da Agent criticized the quality of Gravity's songs but also acknowledged Gravity's talent for turning them into hits.
He issued a warning to Gravity, asserting that established rappers like himself are making a comeback to reclaim their dominance.
"Without a doubt, Gravity releases some songs that may not meet the highest standards. However, I do respect his ability to make them popular hits. Nevertheless, he should be concerned now because accomplished rappers like me are making a return," Da Agent stated during his appearance on Galaxy FM.
Other artists have also questioned Gravity's rap credentials, often labeling him as a 'kidandali' artist.
Gravity, however, appears unfazed and prioritizes financial success over adhering strictly to a single genre. Regardless of the criticism, he remains one of Uganda's best-selling artists, thanks to his dedicated fan base.
