Rapper Gravity Omutujju's music has always faced legal challenges, with his music often regarded as immoral by his critics.
The rapper, however, says he doesn't create his music alone. Even after it's created, he first listens to it with his mother, his wife, and his kids.
They are the ones to advise him on whether to release the song or discard it.
"Those songs you call immoral are not because I personally sit down with my mother, wife, and children and we listen to those songs before they are released. They always tell me to discard the song or release it for my fans," he partly said in an interview with a local television station.
Gravity Omutujju was speaking in response to the petition by the Uganda Medical Association to UCC, asking the regulating body to ban his latest song, citing that the videos used undermine the medical profession.
