Following a recent call for peace from legendary musician Jose Chameleone, Pallaso has agreed to the idea of a joint concert with Alien Skin.
Earlier this week, Chameleone urged the two artists to put aside their differences and reconcile for the benefit of the Ugandan music scene. He emphasized the positive impact of collaboration and the power of unity in achieving greater success.
Chameleone specifically suggested that they organize a joint concert as a public display of peace and unity. "I actually encourage Alien Skin and Pallaso to hold a joint music concert that will be sending a powerful message of solidarity and goodwill to all Ugandans," he wrote. "Together, we can achieve greatness!"
In a subsequent interview with NTV Uganda, Pallaso responded positively to Chameleone's suggestion, stating his willingness to participate whenever Alien Skin is ready. "We are at the earliest stages of reconciliation," Pallaso explained, "and whatever Chameleone says, I agree with him because he has been here before me and understands all the dynamics. I am ready whenever the other side says so."
The conflict between Pallaso and Alien Skin began in 2022 and escalated earlier this year at the Empeele festival in Buloba Forest Park, where Pallaso was reportedly forced off stage. The following day, Pallaso retaliated by going to Alien Skin's home in Makindye, causing significant damage to property.
