Members of parliament from different political parties are arriving at parliament ahead of today’s sitting, where they expect to discuss the infamous amendment of Article 102 (b).
Unlike last Thursday, there’s less security deployment at Parliament and members are allowed in without any problems.

Bobi Wine says he will not be intimidated by police who want to stop him from representing his people in the house. He is being guarded by young men with red ribbons wrapped around their heads.
On Monday, during the weekly police press conference AIGP Asan Kasingye, the police spokesperson said they would arrest anybody donning the red ribbon today. He calls this criminality.
According to the order paper released last evening and seen by Galaxy fm, the motion to amend the constitution is not part of the items.
But this order paper could be amended.
