The former Kazo County member of parliament Hon. Bafaki Gordon is dead.
Bafaki died in the wee hours of Wednesday in an accident at Kiwatule along Northern Bypass.
Faridah Nampiima the PRO traffic says the incident occurred when the 48-year-old former legislator’s vehicle reg UBD 965E Toyota land cruiser TX knocked KBZ 539Z Mercedes Benz trailer at about 1:20am this morning.
Bafaki who was returning to his home located in Namugongo - Kira Division in Wakiso district died on the spot and his body was taken to Mulago City Mortuary.
It is alleged that the former MP knocked the rear body of the moving trailer.
The driver of the Trailer identified as Kahagi John Kinuthia is in police custody to help in the investigations.
