H.E Yoweri. K. Museveni in his capacity as the National chairman of NRM, has appointed Vision Group's Mr. Don Wanyama as his Special media assistant in the office of the National Chairman of NRM.
Don Wanyama worked at Daily Monitor as Managing Editor where he served the shortest tenure in organization’s history. He was apparently fired after it came out that he was to author a dossier that poked holes in the system at his workplace, heaping blame on a number of people at daily monitor.
Wanyama was the gentleman, who authorized the publishing of the opinion poll that put Museveni in the lead among the most loved political leaders in Uganda.
After a few days of his dismissal at Daily Monitor, Don Wanyama shifts his goal posts and joined a rival organization --- the New Vision newsroom as a Contributing Editor in charge of special projects.
