Wema Sepetu, former lover to Tanzanian playboy Diamond Platnumz has come out to clear the air after several allegations of breaking up the marriage of socialite Zari Hassan and Diamond.
News reaching our desk is that the Tanzanian model told the critics that she is just a friend to the " Eneka" singer. She said, "Diamond and I are just good friends. We have not been talking since we broke up. We are both mature, we decided to put things behind us.
There is nothing suprising in me talking to him or him inviting me to his events. What shocked people is that I was invited to a Wasafi records show, so I went and he came and greeted me."
Sepetu denied allegations of dating and kissing the star, she said, "Me and Diamond did not kiss or do anything ya kuonyesha mapenzi. I hug my friends, it doesn't mean we are dating but she added on that Diamond will be her boss as she has a show on Wasafi TV.
She was further asked on why she looked cozy with Platnumz and this was her reply, "Maybe its just chemistry between him and me. There are no strings attached at all. I can assure you the chemistry between lovers is just there but there is nothing between us."
Sepetu also talked about advising Zari on her relationship with Diamond and she said, " I cannot advise Zari, no I cannot. She has a reason for panicking over Diamond because of his past not because of me hugging him at an event. Maybe there is something else linked to that, not me. She should sit down na mwanaume wake amuulize vizuri. I have nothing to do with Diamond right now. He is just my good friend, we support each other."
It is remembered that Zari dumped Diamond after photos of Wema and Diamond looking cozy made rounds on social media.
