There is a war brewing among the co-wives of late Muhammad Ssegirinya, with many accusations coming up.
In an interview with Sanyuka Television, Nanfuka Fatuma, the mother of Nagirinya, accused co-wife Twayira Akandiida of seizing family properties, including a farm.
Nanfuka explained Akandiida has since seized the farm and stopped all her co-wives from accessing it, claiming she is the rightful owner and it was given to her by the late.
"I am Nanfuka Fatuma, and we share three children with the late. His family has neglected me at the moment, and I am personally fending for my children. My co-wife seized the late's properties, including goats, and I need help from all Ugandans," she explained.
Nanfuka alleges the farm is situated along Gayaza Road in the area of Matuga. She appealed to Segirinya's family and friends to join her and rescue it from Twayira Akandiida for the good of all Segirinya's children.
Twayira Akandiida, however, denied the allegations and says whatever she has was given to her by the late, even before he became bedridden.
Late Ssegirinya Muhammad passed away in January after a long battle with cancer-related illness.
