The bodies of renowned evangelical pastor and motivational speaker, Myles Munroe, his wife, Ruth and three of seven other persons who died with them in a fiery jet crash in Freeport, Bahamas, two Sundays ago have been returned home to family and friends in the island's capital of New Providence in preparation for multiple memorials in upcoming weeks.
Dr. Munroe’s dead came as a shock to the world on 9th November and specifically to East africans considering that he had visited Kenya three weeks before he met his death.
As Jeff Koinange hosted him on his JKL show Dr. Munroe said;
my time is up and that he had accomplished what the Lord had sent him to do on earth.
He had therefore predicted his death.
His memorial will take place in the place where Munroe's life began — the Bahamas.

The life of Munroe and his wife are scheduled to be celebrated at a national memorial planned for Wednesday, December 3 at the 15,000-seat Thomas Robinson Stadium in the Bahamas.
Munroe's Bahamas Faith Ministries will then hold an official funeral service for the couple a day later on Thursday, December 4 at the church's International Diplomat Centre on Carmichael Road in Nassau, Bahamas.
Dr. Munroe is well known among many Kenyans who are ardent readers of his many motivational books.
