Pepsi to hand over first Toyota Noah to Kitintale  bar owner.

Mukeera Abel, the owner of Wanyika bar and restaurant in Kitintale, became the first winner of a Toyota Noah van in the on-going Sala Puleesa promotion by Crown Beverages Limited (CBL), the bottler of mirinda, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7UP and Evervess.

Mukeera Abel, the owner of Wanyika bar and restaurant in Kitintale,  became the first winner of a Toyota Noah van in the on-going Sala Puleesa promotion by Crown Beverages Limited (CBL), the bottler of mirinda, Pepsi,  Mountain Dew, 7UP and Evervess.

Mukeera won the car in the  highly anticipated first Sala Puleesa draw which took place in Kampala, on Sunday night. The lucky business man  could not believe his luck when he was announced a car winner. Crown Beverages is set to handover the Toyota Noah to Mukeera this Wednesday. Abel was over joyed that the 21 sodas he took finally paid off.

The exciting live draw also saw four other lucky consumers win an array of prizes. Andrew Omara, a resident of  Kole district won a 40” plasma TV set while Jamada Ssenyonjo Mbuga from Nateete was drawn as the winner of the first motorbike.  Kwikiriza Goretti from Masindi and Joy Anguko from Arua district each won a smart phone.

Crown Beverages unveiled the Sala Puleesa promotion on August 29th 2016. This promotion will see up to three million consumers of CBL soft drinks win prizes worth Shs 3 billion including; Toyota Noah vans, motorcycles, plasma  television sets, smart phones, soda, airtime and Pepsi branded goodies. Sala Puleesa is aimed at rewarding consumers of its soft drinks, and strengthening its position in the beverages industry by widening its market.

To participate in the Sala Puleesa promotion, consumers should buy any of the company’s 300ml glass bottles including; Pepsi, Mountain Dew or any Mirinda, check under the crown for an instant prize or code which he or she will SMS to 8777 to enter a weekly draw to win an aspirational prize. The weekly draws will be held live on NTV, Urban TV, Bukedde and TV West every Sunday at 8.00pm and winners shall be announced.
