Former Swangz Avenue singer and songwriter, Zulanda, real names Julius Ssembuusi broke ties with Muyenga based Swangz Avenue early this year. He has spoken out on his life after quitting the label.
“I needed to leave and focus on a deeper level of my career. It is a big deal for me not to stay under a label which grounds me yet I can do a lot for other artists and myself, “ he said when contacted.
While at Swangz, he released a song like "Mukwano" Ft Winnie Nwagi, "waiter" among many others.
He also penned down songs like "Love Letter" for Irene Ntale and other artistes like Micheal Ross, Lillian Mbabazi among many others.
This is the second artist to exit the music label after Irene Ntale, who quit last year.
Currently, there is a rumour that Winnie Nwagi is set to part ways with Swangz Avenue bosses after a feud with Vinka.c
